Nicole Halm is the Office Manager at the Law Offices of Shannon O’Rourke, where she ensures the smooth daily operations of the firm and support both clients and attorneys with professionalism and care. With a strong background in administrative management and client service, and several years working at K&L Gates, one of the nation’s largest firms, Nicole is often the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in maintaining efficiency across estate planning, real estate, and business law matters.
Her attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction help create a welcoming and well-organized environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
